Terms of Service
These Terms are a contract between you and MB Kamden (“Adoreel”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Adoreel website, app and everything you make with it (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a plan or generating content, you agree to these Terms and to the policies below. If you use Adoreel for a company, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” means that company too.
1. Who we are
Adoreel is operated by MB Kamden, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 307013462), registered address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at support@adoreel.com.
2. What the Service does
You paste a product link or add product details. Our AI writes a script, you pick an AI actor and an ad format, and the Service renders a vertical video ad. We provide the software, the AI actors and the rendering. You provide the product, the inputs and the creative choices, and you decide where and how the ad is used.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give us accurate sign-up details and keep your log-in secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at support@adoreel.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- One person or business per account, unless we agree otherwise. Do not create extra accounts to collect more free credits.
4. Plans, credits and payment
How the free credits, the paid trial, subscriptions, top-ups, renewals, cancellation and refunds work is set out in the Billing and Refund Policy below. It forms part of these Terms. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Your inputs
Inputs are everything you give the Service: product links, product details, images, prompts, scripts, brand names and logos. You keep all rights you have in your inputs.
- You confirm you own your inputs or have permission to use them, including any brand, logo, product photo or trademark you ask us to show.
- You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and adapt your inputs only to run the Service for you, to keep it safe and to meet legal duties. This licence ends when you delete the inputs or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
- We do not sell your inputs and we do not use them to train AI models.
6. Your ads (outputs) and your licence
- Outputs are the scripts, images, voice-overs and videos the Service generates for you.
- As between you and us, you own your outputs, and we give you any rights we hold in them. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including paid ads on any platform, in any country, with no royalty and no time limit. This continues after your plan ends for outputs you have already downloaded.
- Watermark-free downloads need an active paid plan. Free accounts get a watermarked preview, which is for review only: do not remove the watermark or publish the preview as an ad.
- The AI actors, voices, templates and formats are part of our Service. You may use them inside the ads you generate. You may not extract an actor or voice to build a separate avatar, model or product, or sell or license an actor on its own.
- AI can produce similar results for different customers, so outputs are not exclusive to you. In some countries purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot promise you can stop others from copying it.
7. AI actors, likeness and disclosure
Our AI actors are generated by AI. They are not real people, and they are not customers or users of your product. Using them is covered by the AI Content and Likeness Policy below. In short: never use the Service to copy a real person without their consent, never present an AI actor as a real customer giving a genuine review, and label your ads as AI-generated wherever the law or the ad platform requires it.
8. You are responsible for your ads
- Review every output before you publish it. AI can make mistakes, mispronounce words, or show the product inaccurately.
- You are the advertiser. You are responsible for every claim in your ads (price, results, health, safety, before and after) and must be able to back it up.
- You must follow the advertising laws of each country where the ad runs, consumer protection and endorsement rules, and the policies of each ad platform you publish on, including their rules on AI-generated content and disclosure.
- We do not review your ads for legal compliance and we do not manage your ad campaigns.
9. Our rights and what you may not do
We own the Service, including the software, AI actors, voices, templates, designs and the Adoreel name. These Terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the Service. You may not:
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or share your account with people outside your business;
- scrape the Service, or use bots or scripts to access it, except through features we offer for that;
- use the Service or its outputs to build or train a competing product or AI model;
- get around credit limits, watermarks, download limits or other technical restrictions;
- break the Acceptable Use Policy or the AI Content and Likeness Policy.
10. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely to improve Adoreel, with no obligation to you.
11. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Adoreel, such as hosting, payments, email and AI model providers. They are listed by category in the Privacy Policy. We choose them with care, but we cannot control every outage or change on their side.
12. Changes to the Service
We improve Adoreel all the time, so features, actors, formats and AI models may change. If we remove something central to a paid plan you have already paid for, we will tell you and, if you ask, refund the unused part of that period. Features marked as beta may change or stop at any time.
13. No guarantee of results
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, that outputs will be accurate, or that your ads will reach any level of views, sales or return on ad spend. Nothing in this section limits rights you have by law as a consumer, which cannot be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, wasted ad spend, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability for all claims connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
- These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, to loss we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
15. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your inputs, your ads, how you used an output, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including legal fees. We will tell you about the claim and let you help defend it. If you are a consumer, this applies only as far as the law allows.
16. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Adoreel at any time and delete your account in Settings. Cancelling a plan is explained in the Billing and Refund Policy.
- We may suspend or close your account, refuse a generation or remove content if you break these Terms or our policies, if the law requires it, or if your use creates a real risk for us, our providers or others. Where it is reasonable, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close your account for a serious breach, we do not refund fees already paid, unless the law requires it.
- If we stop offering the Service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after the account ends (licences to outputs you downloaded, our rights, liability, indemnity, governing law) stay in force.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will email active accounts or show a notice in the app before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then. Continuing to use Adoreel after the change means you accept it. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
18. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. Courts in Vilnius, Lithuania, decide any dispute.
- If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
- Please contact us at support@adoreel.com first. Most problems can be fixed quickly by email.
- Consumers can also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt), which handles consumer disputes out of court.
19. General
- These Terms and the policies on this page are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If one part is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over Adoreel, and your rights stay the same.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies where they differ, unless the law says otherwise.
Acceptable Use Policy
Adoreel is for making honest ads for real products. You may not use it to create, upload or publish content that:
- is illegal where it is made or shown, or helps someone break the law;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or advertises a brand or product you are not allowed to promote;
- copies, imitates or impersonates a real, identifiable person (including celebrities, influencers and public figures) without their consent, or creates deepfakes;
- is false or misleading advertising: invented results, fake reviews, made-up statistics, fake scarcity, or health, financial or medical claims you cannot prove;
- is fraud, a scam, phishing, a fake giveaway, or a pyramid or get-rich-quick scheme;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- is sexual or adult content, or involves minors in any sexual or harmful way;
- promotes self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous challenges;
- advertises weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or other products that are banned where the ad runs;
- is political or election content, including ads for parties, candidates, ballot measures or political issues;
- contains malware, or tries to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security of the Service.
Products that need extra care
Ads for alcohol, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, financial products, gambling or dating are allowed only where the law and the ad platform allow them, with any licences, age limits and disclaimers they require.
How we enforce this policy
We may use automated checks and human review. We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. If we act on your account and you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look at it again.
Report a problem
To report an ad made with Adoreel that breaks this policy or uses your likeness, email support@adoreel.com with a link or copy of the ad.
AI Content and Likeness Policy
Adoreel generates people, voices and scenes with AI. These rules keep that safe for real people and honest for viewers.
Our AI actors are not real people
- Every actor in the Adoreel picker is generated by AI. They are not photos or recordings of real people and are not meant to look like any real person.
- If you believe an actor looks or sounds like you or someone you represent, email us. We will review it and, where there is a real resemblance, remove that actor.
Real people need consent
- Do not upload photos, videos or voice recordings of a real person, or ask the AI to recreate one, unless that person has given you clear, informed permission to use their likeness in ads.
- Never recreate public figures, celebrities or influencers, and never use a minor’s likeness.
- If we offer custom or cloned actors in the future, you will need the person’s explicit written consent, they must be an adult, and they can withdraw that consent. You must stop using their likeness when they do.
No deepfakes or impersonation
Do not use Adoreel to make anyone appear to say or do something they did not, to pretend to be another person or brand, or to create content meant to deceive viewers about who is speaking.
Honest ads with AI actors
- Do not present an AI actor as a real customer, employee or expert, or as someone who actually used the product.
- Do not use an AI actor to give a fake review or a personal testimonial that viewers would take as genuine.
- Label your ad as AI-generated wherever the law or the ad platform requires it, and use the platform’s AI disclosure tools when they apply.
- Make sure the product, its results and its price appear in the ad as they really are.
Check before you publish
AI output can be wrong. Watch every ad before it goes live, check that the product looks right, and fix or regenerate anything inaccurate.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Adoreel, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is MB Kamden, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 307013462), registered address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania. For any privacy question or request, email support@adoreel.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and log-in details. If you sign up with a third-party sign-in option, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from it.
- Billing data: your plan, payment status and billing history. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we receive only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Content you provide: product links, product details, images you upload, prompts and scripts. When you paste a product link, we fetch that public page to read the product details and images.
- Generated content: the scripts, images, voice-overs and videos we create for you.
- Usage and technical data: server logs, your IP address, browser and device information, and records of the credits you use. We use the IP address to limit repeated sign-up and log-in attempts and to prevent abuse.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact form.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the Service: running your account, generating your ads, managing credits, plans and payments, and sending service emails such as your welcome email, ad-ready alerts, low-credit alerts and trial reminders. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep Adoreel secure and prevent fraud and abuse, such as free-credit farming. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To fix problems and improve the Service. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To measure our own ads on Meta, TikTok and Google, only if you accept ad tracking. Legal basis: your consent.
- To keep tax and accounting records and to answer lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
How AI is used with your data
To generate your ad, we send the relevant inputs (product details, images, script and your chosen actor and voice) to AI model providers that create scripts, images, video and voice. They process this data on our behalf to produce your content. We do not use your inputs or generated ads to train AI models, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and ad tracking
We advertise Adoreel on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google. To measure which of those ads bring people to our site and which lead to a sign-up or purchase, we use three advertising tags: the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Google Ads conversion tag.
- When they load: only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, or make no choice, none of these tags load and nothing is sent to Meta, TikTok or Google. Events that happen before you choose are held in the open page only, sent if you accept, and discarded if you decline or leave.
- What they send: the pages you view on our site, the ad that brought you here, browser and device information, your IP address, and these events: signing up, starting a checkout, starting a trial, subscribing and buying a credit top-up (with the price). We do not send your name, your email address or the content you create.
- What they store: the tags set their own cookies in your browser so the platform can link your visit to the ad you saw. Meta, TikTok and Google process this data under their own privacy policies and may process it outside your country, including in the United States.
- Why: to measure and improve our advertising. Our legal basis is your consent.
- Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (under the key takeone.consent) on this device only. It is stored per site, so adoreel.com and app.adoreel.com each ask once. We also store a small flag so a sign-up is counted only once.
- To change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time, click “Cookie settings” in the page footer (also on the sign-up, log-in and plan pages, and in the account menu inside the app). The banner appears again and you can choose Decline. Tags that already loaded stop with your next page load. You can also email support@adoreel.com.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit how they can use it. By category, they are:
- cloud hosting and database providers, which store your account, content and files;
- a payment processor, which handles checkout, subscriptions and card payments;
- an email delivery provider, which sends our service emails;
- background job infrastructure, which runs ad generation and scheduled tasks;
- AI model providers that generate scripts, images, video and voice.
The current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@adoreel.com. If you accept ad tracking, Meta, TikTok and Google receive the data described under “Cookies and ad tracking”. We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service, or with a buyer or successor if Adoreel is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When data leaves the EEA, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us if you want more detail.
How long we keep data
- Account data, inputs and generated content: while your account is open. You can delete saved products and scripts in the app at any time, and email us to delete individual ads.
- When you delete your account in Settings, we cancel any active subscription and remove your account, projects, credits and history from our database right away. To make sure your uploaded images and generated video files are also erased from storage, email us and we will confirm when it is done.
- Copies in our providers’ backups are overwritten on their normal backup cycle.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account.
- Server logs: for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, keep uploaded and generated files in private storage, give access to watermark-free files only through short-lived links, and limit who can reach production systems. Credits are changed only by protected server-side code. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
- Email support@adoreel.com to use these rights. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we reply within the time the law sets.
- You can also complain to a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), or you can contact the authority where you live.
Children
Adoreel is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell active accounts by email or in the app. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Billing and Refund Policy
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment processor. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown at checkout.
Free credits
- New accounts get 20 free credits, with no card needed. They expire 14 days after sign-up.
- With free credits you can make an ad and watch a watermarked preview. Watermark-free downloads need a paid plan.
Paid trial
- The trial costs $19, charged when you start it. It lasts 7 days and includes 40 credits and watermark-free downloads.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into the Pro plan and you are charged $49 a month from then on.
- We email you before the trial ends.
Subscriptions and renewal
- Pro costs $49 a month and adds 200 credits each month.
- Other plans, when offered, show their price and monthly credits on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry it. If it still fails, we may pause or end your plan.
- If we change a plan’s price, we tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before then.
How credits work
- Credits pay for generation. Each scene of an ad costs 10 credits, and the cost is shown before you generate.
- Credits that come with a trial or a monthly plan stay usable for 30 days from the day they are added. Unused ones then expire.
- Subscribers can buy one-time top-ups: 50 credits for $15, 100 credits for $28, 250 credits for $65. Top-up credits never expire while your account is open.
- If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and end when your account is deleted.
Cancelling
- Cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. You will not be charged again.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, you can still sign in and see your library, and unused top-up credits stay on your account, but watermark-free downloads need an active plan.
- Ads you downloaded while your plan was active are yours to keep and use.
Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, including the $19 trial: if Adoreel isn’t a fit, email support@adoreel.com and we’ll refund it.
- Apart from that guarantee, we do not refund partial months or credits you have already used, unless the law requires it.
- Top-ups are one-time purchases and cannot be refunded once any of their credits have been used.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, the law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase within a set period. Adoreel is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. Before you pay for a plan or credits, you tick a box to ask us to begin straight away and to confirm you understand that your right to cancel ends once you use credits. We keep a record of that request. If you withdraw, we refund the payment minus the value of the service you used, and the right ends once the service has been fully provided or the credits used, as the law allows. Our money-back guarantee above applies in addition to this right.
Charge disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, email support@adoreel.com first and we will sort it out. Opening a chargeback may pause your account while the payment processor reviews it.
