How long does one ad take?
About 8 minutes from the moment you click Generate. You can leave the page while it renders; the finished ad appears in your library.
What do I need to start?
A product page link. Adoreel imports the name, images, price and benefits from it. No link? Type the details in by hand.
Are the actors real people?
No. Every actor is AI-generated, and the video itself is generated with AI from your script. Review each ad before you publish it and follow your ad platform's rules for AI-generated content.
Can I edit the script?
Yes. Adoreel drafts a script for every scene from your product page. Edit any line or rewrite it completely before you generate. Drafting and editing scripts never costs credits.
What is the difference between Standard and HD?
Standard is the default: 10 credits per 5-second scene, delivered at 720p and ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. HD costs 20 credits per scene and is rendered natively at 720p, for the sharpest faces and product labels. You choose per ad, right before you generate.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up is free and gives you 20 credits, valid for 14 days: enough to make one short ad and watch a watermarked preview. Downloading the watermark-free MP4 needs the trial or Pro.
What happens after the $19 trial?
The trial costs $19, charged when you start it, and gives you 40 credits for 7 days. Unless you cancel before day 7, it continues as Pro at $49/month with 200 credits a month. Cancel any time from the Billing page.
Can I use the ads commercially?
Yes. You can use the ads you generate for any lawful commercial purpose, as set out in our Terms. You stay responsible for the claims your ad makes about your product.
