Pricing questions
How many ads do I actually get?
Credits are spent per scene: one scene costs 10 credits, and an ad has 2 to 4 scenes depending on the format. Pro's 200 credits a month make about 6 finished ads at typical length (20 scenes). Writing and editing scripts is free. Unused plan credits roll over for 30 days.
What happens after the $19 trial?
The trial costs $19, charged when you start it, and gives you 40 credits for 7 days. Unless you cancel before day 7, it continues as Pro at $49/month. You can cancel from the Billing page, and you keep the ads you made.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your ads stay in your library.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up is free and gives you 20 credits, valid for 14 days: enough to make one short ad and watch a watermarked preview of it. Downloading the finished, watermark-free MP4 needs the trial or a paid plan.
What's your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, including the $19 trial: if Adoreel isn’t a fit, email support@adoreel.com and we’ll refund it. If a generation fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
Are downloads watermark-free?
On the trial and every paid plan, yes: every download is a clean 9:16 MP4 you can upload to Meta, TikTok or YouTube. Free accounts can watch a watermarked preview but cannot download.
